Client: Hindustan Construction Company Ltd. (HCC)
Project Value: ₹5.76 Crores
Status: Ongoing (Commenced April 2025)
Goyal Sons has been entrusted with a critical roofing and structural steel package at the Tehri Pumped Storage Plant, one of India’s key hydroelectric infrastructure projects.
Scope of Work :
Our scope includes the supply, fabrication, and installation of:
- 244 MT of heavy-duty GI structural steel trusses.
- 5792 sq. mts. of galvanized roofing sheets.
- Supply and installation of custom-designed gutter systems for drainage, associated walkway structures and support steelwork
We are delivering this package on a turnkey basis, including all mobilization, manpower, material handling, and safety compliance under HCC’s supervision. The project is being executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and time-bound delivery, with a completion timeline of 5 months.
Tehri Pumped Storage Plant (PSP), Uttarakhand

Status: Completed – 2019
Goyal Sons successfully executed turnkey architectural works at the Power House Complex of the Pare Hydro Electric Project (55 MW x 2 Units) in Papumpare, Arunachal Pradesh.
Scope of Work:
- Surface finishing & painting: Plaster of Paris work, primer application, dry distemper, and acrylic emulsion painting.
- Flooring works: Supply and installation of glazed vitrified tiles, industrial tiles, antistatic tiles, and terrazzo tiles.
- Aluminium & glazing works: Fabrication and installation of aluminium-framed partitions and doors with various types of glass.
- Ceiling systems: Anodized aluminium grid ceilings with fissured mineral fibre boards.
- Miscellaneous fittings: Stainless steel railings, rolling shutters, and other specified finishes.
Executed to stringent quality standards, ensuring durability, aesthetics, and precision workmanship.
Pare Hydro Electric Project – Architectural Works – Arunachal Pradesh
Client: Hindustan Construction Company Ltd. (HCC)
Approx. Value: ₹4.8+ Crores
Status: Completed – 2022
Goyal Sons delivered a turnkey structural and roofing package for the Transformer Hall Cavern and Powerhouse of the Punatsangchhu Hydroelectric Project in Bhutan.
Scope of Work:
- Fabrication and installation of approx. 277.09 MT of structural steel.
- Supply and laying of approx. 7,878.17 m² of galvanized roofing sheets.
- Complete roofing systems including trusses, gutters, walkways, and accessories.
- On-site mobilization, erection, alignment, welding, anchoring, and finishing.
The project was executed in two phases and completed within schedule despite challenging logistics and high-altitude conditions, meeting the highest quality benchmarks.
Punatsangchhu Hydroelectric Project – Bhutan
Client: Hindustan Construction Company (HCC)
Approx. Value: ₹37.6 Lakhs
Status: Completed – November 2016
Goyal Sons supplied and fixed aluminium doors and window frames with 6 mm toughened glass for the Power Complex at Teesta Low Dam Hydro Power Project, Stage-IV, West Bengal.
Scope of Work:
- Supply and fixing of aluminium frames and shutters.
- Installation of 6 mm toughened glass in varying sizes.
All works were completed as per project specifications to the satisfaction of HCC.
Teesta Low Dam Hydro Power Project, Stage-IV – Aluminium Doors & Windows
Client: Hindustan Construction Company (HCC)
Approx. Value: ₹21.05 Lakhs
Status: Completed – May 2016
Goyal Sons executed supply and installation of perforated aluminium false ceiling works at Teesta Low Dam Hydro Power Project, Stage-IV, West Bengal.
Scope of Work:
- Supply of materials for false ceiling systems.
- Installation of false ceiling across designated project areas.
The works adhered to the technical and aesthetic standards specified by HCC.
Teesta Low Dam Hydro Power Project, Stage-IV – False Ceiling Works
Client: Abir Infrastructure Private Limited
Status: Completed – May 2017
Goyal Sons completed civil and finishing works for the Staff Hostel building and VIP bungalows at Teesta Stage-III (1200 MW) Hydro Electric Project in North Sikkim.
Scope of Work:
- Partition walls, plastering, fixing of door frames & shutters, POP/putty, and external plastering.
- Flooring, painting, plumbing, and electrical works.
- Roofing, false ceiling, handrails, and fire fighting line works.
All works were executed as per quality and design requirements to the satisfaction of the client.
Teesta Stage-III Hydro Electric Project – Staff Hostel Building
Client: Hindustan Construction Company (HCC)
Approx. Value: ₹9.69 Lakhs
Status: Completed – September 2021
Goyal Sons supplied and fixed profile sheet cladding for the Bridge Inspection Unit at Bogibeel Rail-cum-Road Bridge near Dibrugarh, Assam.
Scope of Work:
- Supply and fixing of profile sheets/cladding as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
The work was completed in line with NF Railways’ technical requirements and within the stipulated timeline.
